I have represented plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and large institutions, in complex civil disputes in more than 40 California counties. My practice has concentrated on real property, title insurance, lending and lender liability, and mortgage and consumer finance, including claims under TILA and Regulation Z, RESPA and Regulation X, the FDCPA, and the TCPA. I have also handled disputes involving contracts, business relationships and business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, slander of title, unfair business practices, commercial landlord-tenant matters, financial elder abuse, tax issues, and civil RICO.
